train the customer system administrator and help desk staff \n\nCreate test plans, troubleshoot customer environments, and optimize the performance of the Vocera system \n\nCollaborate with clinical leads to assist in the collection of workflow requirements and architect a database to meet clinical and technical requirements \n\nCoordinate activities effectively with internal cross functional teams \n\nEffectively communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and clear manner \n\nObserve security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.  \n\nProtect the security of medical or sensitive records to preserve their confidentiality  \n\nWhat you need:Required\nBachelors in Computer Science or related technical field\n\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical services or support\n\nPreferred:\nDemonstrated ability with HL7 integrations or healthcare IT interoperability\n\nPrior VMWare vCenter experience in large production environments; working knowledge of the supporting infrastructure (blade server systems, storage arrays, networking equipment) associated with creating and supporting modern virtualized data centers \n\nExperience with monitoring tools such as Nagios Zabbix, and Configuration management tools like Ansible or similar is a plus \n\nExperience with TCP/IP networking & security fundamentals as well as network load balancers (Citrix ADC;
