This role serves as a key liaison between Commercial Operations, Manufacturing, and GQO, providing visibility into supply risks, opportunities, capacity constraints, and execution performance.\nThis leader is responsible for developing and leading a team of supply planning professionals while driving planning excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across the site.\nLead and develop a team of Supply Planners, Senior Supply Planners, Associate Managers, and Supply Analysts through coaching, performance management, and talent development.\nOwn the overall quality, execution, and performance of the site's supply plan to ensure alignment with customer demand, business objectives, and operational capabilities.\nServe as the primary supply planning representative for the manufacturing site, communicating supply performance, risks, and mitigation strategies to commercial and operations leadership.\nLead supply planning activities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including Executive Supply Reviews and cross-functional planning forums.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Commercial Operations, and Demand Planning teams to develop and execute strategic supply plans.\nMonitor and improve planning processes including capacity planning, master resource planning, inventory optimization, supply execution, and safety stock management.\nDrive proactive identification and mitigation of supply risks, backorders, capacity constraints, and service challenges.\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to support budgeting, capital planning, operational performance, and long-range capacity strategies.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring corrective actions are implemented when performance deviates from targets.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning effectiveness, service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.\nSupport the deployment and sharing of supply chain best practices across the broader organization.\nEnsure that KPIs are tracked, communicated and corrective actions taken when deviating and reported back to leadership in time.\nRequired -\nBachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain Management or related field\n10+ years of professional experience\nPreferred -\nExperience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Commercial Operations, or related disciplines\nPeople management experience, leading a group or team preferred\nDemonstrate knowledge of project management software tools to support driving best practice project management\nERP system knowledge; hands on within SAP/JDA/JDE/Oracle/PRMS platforms\nExperience supporting IBP, S&OP, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning processes\n$118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
