This strategic thinker will use data analysis and sound engineering principles to identify a strategic funnel of process improvements, maintenance programs, and other key cost savings opportunities.\nWhat you will do:\nBuild and develop a high-performing engineering team; manage resources and performance and mentor engineering leaders.\nAlign department goals, projects, and resources with business and customer priorities; ensure timely execution.\nEnsure quality, regulatory, policy, and engineering compliance while maintaining validated products and processes.\nLead cross-functional issue resolution and implementation of new products and processes in production.\nDrive Lean, 5S, innovation, and operational excellence to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.\nDevelop and execute 3-5-year strategic roadmaps that translate business priorities into project, process, technology, and capital plans.\nManage department budgets, expenses, and capital investment needs.\nReport department performance, projects, budgets, and operations to leadership.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the manager or director.\nWhat You need:\nBachelor’s degree in biomedical, chemical, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline; master’s degree or MBA preferred.\nAt least 8 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, including 5 or more years in supervisory or management roles; project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional initiatives, is strongly preferred.\nProven ability to build, develop, and engage high-performing technical teams and lead cross-functional problem solving.\nDemonstrated ability to apply engineering rigor in regulated medical device manufacturing, including risk analysis, problem solving, process validation, and Design for Manufacturing.\nProven ability to develop and execute 3-5-year strategic roadmaps that translate business priorities into project, process, technology, and capital plans.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n$135,600 - $225,900 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
