You will develop strategies that increase customer adoption and engagement, translate market insights into compelling programs and value propositions, and confidently represent the business with customers, industry organizations, and business leaders.\nIn this role, you will be required to travel up to 50% throughout the US\nWhat you will do\nDevelop and execute the overall portfolio and market-development strategy for the medical device reprocessing program, with a focus on increasing customer adoption, acceptance, and access.\nDevelop customer-facing communications, programs, sales tools, and value propositions that clearly articulate the value of the overall reprocessing program.\nLead key strategic initiatives and industry events, including CleanMed, Environmental Excellence Awards, and Products for the Planet.\nPartner closely with upstream and downstream marketing, sales, corporate teams, and other Stryker businesses to drive alignment around key initiatives and business priorities\nDevelop and leverage customer and market insights to identify unmet needs, anticipate evolving healthcare trends, and inform future commercial and marketing strategies.\nBuild customer journey strategies that strengthen customer engagement and support adoption of the broader program offering.\nDevelop relationships with healthcare customers, industry thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, translating insights into actionable business strategies.\nRepresent the business at industry associations, customer meetings, trade shows, and other external events.\nIndependently develop high-quality strategic presentations and content and effectively present recommendations, programs, and value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for new products, services, programs, and market-development initiatives based on evolving customer needs.\nDevelop and manage the marketing budget and analyze and explain budget variances.\nRecommend process improvements, remove barriers to execution, and help drive cross-functional initiatives forward.\nInfluence and drive alignment across teams and business leaders, including situations where direct organizational authority does not exist.\nWhat you need\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree\n10+ years of professional experience\n7+ years of healthcare experience, with experience in marketing, sales, medical education, sales training, product management, or another commercial/customer-facing function.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and independently drive commercial, portfolio, product, or market-development strategies.\nStrong customer-facing experience with the ability to translate complex programs, products, and customer needs into compelling value propositions.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to independently develop high-quality content and confidently present to customers, senior leaders, and industry audiences.\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred\nMedical device experience is highly decriable\nUpstream and/or downstream marketing experience strongly preferred for candidates coming from a marketing background.\nAbility to influence and drive alignment across functions without direct organizational authority.\nAbility to manage multiple complex priorities and deliver against established timelines.\nAbility to navigate complex cross-functional and interdivisional environments.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\nUSN: $135,600 - $225,900 USD Annual\nUS5: $142,400 - $237,200 USD Annual\nUS10: $149,200 - $248,500 USD Annual\nUS15: $155,900 - $259,800 USD Annual\nUS20: $162,700 - $271,100 USD Annual\nUS30: $176,300 - $293,700 USD Annual\nView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.Travel Percentage: 50%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
