Additionally, you will partner with other senior team members on various product lines as needed to support broader business objectives.\nWhat you will do:\nCompetitive and Customer Insights:\nGather and collate competitive information to drive insights.\nAnticipate customer and patient needs to create a superior value proposition.\nLeverage key opinion leaders to obtain insights.\nOptimize the value proposition by understanding customers.\nUtilize market research and third-party data to identify key industry trends.\nCombines historical and current data to optimize market research.\nCombine historical and current data to enhance market research.\nPredict sales trends and research key forecasting factors.\nPortfolio Development:\nCollaborate cross-departmentally to lead the new product development (NPD) process.\nBuild financial business case model to support NDP funding and ROI.\nDeliver business objectives, marketing objectives, and lead the discovery process for pre-commercialization plans.\nMaximize NPD and launch planning by leveraging core competencies and strategic assets.\nPartner with Clinical Affairs to propose research objectives for evidence generation (Clinical studies, research papers, etc.).\nMarketing strategy, plan, and analysis:\nAuthors key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.\nTranslate the marketing plan to specific marketing activities to carry out the plan.\nUnderstand the costs of acquiring new customers vs. retaining current customers.\nTarget customers based on total market potential and opportunity.\nEvaluate potential sources of new volume and financial trade-offs within and outside current customer segments.\nBrand Management:\nCollaborate with downstream marketing for execution a product lifecycle management (PLCM) plan as it relates to the overall business and launch strategy.\nDevelop and communicate a value proposition.\nWork with regions and downstream marketing to create a pricing strategy consistent with the Marketing Strategy and positioning.\nDefine performance criteria used for evaluating business trends and activities.\nLeadership:\nAdhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive information.\nHold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.\nWhat you will need:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree required.\n2+ years of work experience required.\n\nPreferred:\nMBA preferred.\n2+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.\nExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\nUS30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual\nView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.\nTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
