You will partner closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to drive programs from inception through product release.\nIn this highly collaborative role, you will be responsible for aligning teams around project objectives, driving accountability without direct authority, and balancing scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk to deliver successful outcomes.\nThis is a remote position, with a preference for candidates residing in the Eastern or Central time zones.\nTo learn about Stryker's Robotics portfolio, please click here - Mako SmartRobotics Overview | Stryker.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead cross-functional project teams through the product development lifecycle, driving alignment, accountability, and execution from inception through product release.\nDevelop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables to achieve program objectives.\nPartner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify dependencies, remove barriers, and maintain project momentum.\nInfluence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority, establishing clear ownership and accountability for project commitments.\nProactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact to program objectives.\nServe as a key source of project information, providing clear and timely updates on progress, risks, decisions, and priorities.\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and tailor communication effectively across technical teams and organizational leadership.\nMaintain strong attention to detail while balancing competing priorities and broader program objectives.\nPartner with technical leaders to understand complex technical challenges and their impact on overall project scope, schedule, resources, and risk.\nWhat You Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 6 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated project or program management leadership experience.\nExperience working within the medical device industry or a similarly regulated product-development environment.\nProven ability to influence, lead, and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to effectively communicate across technical and leadership audiences.\nExperience managing project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and competing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or equivalent formal project management training.\nExperience supporting new product development from concept through product release.\nDemonstrated experience leading large complex, cross-functional product development projects involving technical and business stakeholders.\nSystems engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar technical background.\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\nPuerto Rico: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual\nUSN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual\nUS5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual\nUS10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual\nUS15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual\nUS20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual\nUS30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual\nView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.Travel Percentage: 20%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
