You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to support employee development and contribute to business success through training excellence.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements.\nFacilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities to support employee readiness and a positive learning experience.\nManage learning management system (LMS) activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates.\nDevelop and maintain training content, procedures, plans, and supporting documentation based on business and compliance requirements.\nGenerate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.\nSupport regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities.\nInvestigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with managers, process owners, and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement effective training solutions.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, content development, or learning management system (LMS) support.\nFluent English language skills.\nExperience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and related training systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.\nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.\nProfessional proficiency in German, French, or another European language.\nExperience using enterprise service management systems and reporting tools such as ServiceNow or Power BI.\nExperience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools such as Articulate 360.\nExperience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors (e.g., FDA, MoH, TÜV).\nPay Transparency Details\nPoland Pay Ranges:\nPoland: zł123.200 - zł205.400 PLN Annual\n\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
