This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across functions, enhance employee learning experiences, and contribute to business success through training excellence.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements.\nFacilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities that support employee readiness and a positive learner experience.\nManage learning management system (LMS) activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates.\nReview, approve, and execute training-related quality system tasks, ensuring training documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.\nGenerate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.\nRepresent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, evidence of qualification, and process support.\nInvestigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues, including management of service tickets and related requests.\nPartner with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement training programs that support business objectives.\nSupport regulatory inspections and audits by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or learning management system (LMS) support.\nDemonstrated experience using Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development\nProven experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones\nFluent English skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.\nExperience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.\nKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.)\nExperience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools (Articulate 360).\nExperience in the medical device industry\nPoland Pay Ranges:\n Poland: zł123.200 - zł205.400 PLN Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
