Objetivo:
Operar una o varias Máquinas de Costura bajo los Estándares de Calidad y Niveles de Productividad que establece la Empresa.
Funciones principales:
- En base a las especificaciones de planeación y el material requerido, opera la Máquina de Costura bajo Estándares de Seguridad, Eficiencia y Calidad.
- Hace los ajustes de las tensiones a la Máquina de Costura de acuerdo al material asignado y realiza el cambio de agujas
- Responsable de mantener organizada y limpia su estación de trabajo, así como su máquina y herramientas.
- Solicita a través de su Líder apoyo para ajustar o atender cualquier falla por el mal funcionamiento de la máquina de costura.
- Reporta a su Jefe Inmediato cualquier condición insegura en su área
- Responsable de cumplir con el estándar de producción y calidad de acuerdo a los diferentes procesos productivos.
- Puede llenar reportes de control de producción, scrap, calidad, etc.
