In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, process customer orders and returns, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure timely and efficient material movement. You will collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nReceive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments from suppliers, production, and customer returns, ensuring accurate documentation and system transactions.\nPick, prepare, and stage materials for customer orders, including loaner and evaluation equipment, to support accurate and timely fulfillment.\nVerify, package, label, and prepare customer orders and serviced equipment for domestic and international shipment.\nProcess returned materials, including decontamination, inspection, return-to-inventory (RTI) evaluations, and inventory adjustments for discrepant items.\nPerform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.\nOrganize, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods, including Kanban inventory, to support production and warehouse operations.\nOperate warehouse equipment and systems, including pallet jacks, RF scanners, and shipping software, while following established safety and handling procedures.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper material storage, efficient space utilization, and compliance with operational and quality standards.\nWhat You Need:\nRequired:\nAbility to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.\nPreferred:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2+ years’experience in related position\nFamiliarity with computerized manufacturing systems related to material control practices, configuration, engineering change systems, and production process flows\nFamiliarity with concepts of Visual Control systems (5S)\n$23.10 - $29.08 USD Hourly\nTravel Percentage: 0%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
