Our expertise spans embedded code, PC applications, and supporting phone apps, all developed within a friendly and collaborative environment.\nTasks and responsibilities may include:\nTo design/develop part of a new product or system.\nTo design to specification and generate the required documentation for each phase of the software life cycle.\nTo understand and apply the Company Quality Procedures and actively contribute to, and within, the company’s Quality System.\nTo understand and apply all appropriate Regulatory and Safety Requirements to any product/project design undertaken or proposed.\nTo document design changes according to Company Quality Procedures.\nWhat you will need:\nQualifications:\nRelevant on-going degree course with acceptable 1st year results.\nRelevant A-levels of equivalent.\nKey Competencies needed for this position:\nWhile previous experience of software development is a distinct advantage, a good working understanding of at least one programming language (C, C++, C#, Java) syntax is sufficient to fulfil the duties of this post as guidance will be provided.\nExperience of working within a team environment.\nKnowledge or experience of general electronics hardware would be useful.\nEffective communication skills (written & verbal).\nAnalytical skills and attention to detail.\nWhat we can offer:\nAttractive salary & vacation entitlement.\nExperience our inclusive, people-first culture.
