administration, or related operational support.\n\nFamiliarity with learning systems (UL, ServiceNow, or similar platforms) preferred.\n\nPerformance Indicators\nAccuracy and timeliness of LMS transactions and ServiceNow tickets.\n\nQuality and consistency of training logistics support.\n\nParticipation and contribution to process improvement initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated collaboration and communication within the immediate team.\n\nTravel Percentage:
