The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java/Kotlin or Node.js, with expertise in backend development, modern web technologies, and AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. This role requires solid software design and architecture skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead technical implementation while continuously learning and adopting new technologies.\nWhat you will do:\nTechnical Responsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable applications, microservices, and cloud-native platform services.\nBuild backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin or Node.js, with exposure to full-stack development.\nContribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.\nConduct code reviews and promote engineering standards and design best practices.\nImprove application performance, reliability, and maintainability.\nEvaluate new technologies and contribute to platform enhancements and proof of concepts.\nMentor engineers and share technical knowledge within the team.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Quality teams to deliver high-quality software.\nContribute to technical planning, estimation, and delivery of engineering initiatives.\nPromote automation, software quality, and continuous improvement.\nDemonstrate ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous learning.\nMinimum Qualifications (Required):\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on programming experience in Java/Kotlin or Node.js.\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.\nHands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.\nUnderstanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.\nFamiliarity with modern frontend technologies and full-stack application development.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nPassion for continuous learning and the ability to adopt new technologies based on business and engineering needs.\nPreferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired):\nExperience with Spring Boot, Angular, or other modern frontend frameworks.\nExperience building cloud-native SaaS platforms, microservices, or multi-tenant applications.\nKnowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices.\nExposure to AI-assisted software development or GenAI technologies.\nExperience in healthcare or other
