In this role, you will provide process engineering expertise across product launches, transfers, equipment validation, and manufacturing readiness while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will represent manufacturing and operations throughout product development, partnering with engineering, quality, sourcing, and supplier teams to design scalable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical products.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead process design, development, and validation activities for new product introductions and product sustainment initiatives.\nDevelop and refine manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assembly, including printed circuit board assemblies, soldering, potting, injection molding, pressing, torquing, and manual assembly operations.\nPartner with internal and contract manufacturers to implement manufacturing solutions that support quality, cost, and production requirements.\nCreate, review, and release technical documentation, manufacturing requirements, validation protocols, and engineering change documentation.\nConduct process validation activities, capability studies, process risk assessments, control plans, and inspection documentation for product launches and transfers.\nAnalyze equipment and process performance through testing, data collection, and statistical methods to identify and implement improvements.\nLead or support equipment acquisition projects, including specification development, supplier coordination, installation, qualification, and validation.\nCollaborate with quality, manufacturing, supplier, and engineering teams to establish testing protocols, review designs, build prototypes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred).\nMinimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, process engineering, product development, or research and development environment.\nKnowledge of electrical engineering principles and their application within manufacturing or product development environments.\nExperience supporting manufacturing processes, product development, or engineering projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing or supporting electronics manufacturing, including printed circuit boards, cables, or electro-mechanical assemblies.\nExperience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and product architecture drawings.\nExperience with manufacturing test methods, including in-circuit, functional, safety, or product performance testing.\nExperience in a highly regulated industry and knowledge of statistical analysis, process validation, or Design for Manufacturability (DFM) methodologies.\n$89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 20%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
