In this role, you will contribute to technical direction, help design scalable AI-enabled systems, and apply modern AI/ML techniques to impactful products and platforms.\nThis is an opportunity to apply your expertise to meaningful technology that directly impacts surgeons and patients worldwide.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, train, and integrate advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions.\nTrain, evaluate, and iterate computer vision models using real-world image and video data.\nCreate detailed designs and implement software systems, components, and algorithms.\nDesign and execute technical experiments and proof-of-concept demonstrations.\nProvide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to architecture and design decisions.\nContribute to the design of scalable AI-enabled systems and inform technical tradeoff discussions.\nTranslate customer and business needs into technical solutions and product requirements.\nEvaluate and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to accelerate innovation.\nParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, and the application of engineering best practices.\nPartner with R&D, Product, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.\nInfluence technical decisions within assigned projects and partner with senior technical leaders on broader initiatives.\nContribute to innovation through technical contributions, invention disclosures, and potential patent activity.\nCollaborate with global engineering teams across North America and India.\nWhat You Need\nBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline\n4+ years of related work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience developing and deploying computer vision and/or AI/ML solutions in real-world environments.\nExperience training, evaluating, and improving computer vision or machine learning models.\nExperience developing software solutions for complex technical environments.\nExperience applying machine learning to image or video analysis applications.\nExperience with frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.\nExperience with Python and/or C++, with CUDA as a plus.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and cross-functional teams.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with medical imaging.\nExperience with cloud AI/ML environments, model training pipelines, or MLOps workflows.\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and model evaluation strategies.\nExperience in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, aerospace, robotics, automotive, or other safety-critical environments.\nExperience supporting intellectual property development through patents or invention disclosures.\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.\n$105,300 -
