This role partners closely with production, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams to support compliant, efficient, and scalable manufacturing operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead manufacturing engineering projects, equipment qualifications, and process validation activities while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, including CNC machining operations, to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.\nGenerate, review, and approve validation documentation, technical reports, process studies, and engineering change records in accordance with established procedures.\nCollaborate with quality and operations teams to investigate manufacturing issues, support nonconformance and corrective action activities, perform risk assessments, and implement process improvements.\nProvide technical training and subject matter expertise for production personnel, standardize manufacturing best practices, and lead Lean continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related discipline).\nMinimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nMinimum 4 years of CNC programming and manufacturing experience.\nExperience with CNC machining processes including CNC turning, multi-axis machining, Swiss machining, or 5-axis milling.\nExperience with CAM software such as Mastercam, FeatureCAM, Esprit, or equivalent.\nExperience with CAD software such as Creo, NX, SolidWorks, Autodesk, or equivalent.\nExperience with process validation, verification activities, and production process troubleshooting in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nProficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).\nPreferred:\nLean Certification.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.\nExperience supporting CNC machine controls or programming platforms such as Mazatrol, Fanuc, or similar systems.\nExperience leading capital equipment implementation, installation, and validation projects.\n$89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
