May be responsible for assessing and reporting new hire competency. \nSupports projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Strategic Operations Team. \nSupports execution of Scope of Work Analysis. \nSupports the implementation of new customer accounts. \nEnsures effective surgical care to patients as related to Stryker Endoscopy equipment. \nResponsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Stryker Endoscopy equipment. \nEffectively builds and maintains relationships and trust in both new and existing accounts. \nInteracts with surgeons, patients, OR personnel, Central Processing, Sales Reps, O.R. Management, Implementation Project Manager(s), Hospital Administration, and other Stryker employees and partners. \nAdheres to all policies and procedures put forth in the sales code of conduct and Stryker Endoscopy Employee Handbook. \nCommunicates injuries, reportable occurrences, and performance related feedback. \nPhysical requirements\nMedium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. \nMust have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity. \nMust be able to effectively use computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point). \nMust be able to communicate telephonically. \nMust be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.). \nMental requirements\nEffectively and efficiently work in high stress and conflict situations. \nAbility to simultaneously address multiple complex problems. \nWork as an integral part of a team. \nAbility to interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers and internal partners. \nMust be able to analyze and resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgment. \nSkills/Experience required\nOnSite Operations background preferred. \nBasic knowledge of Stryker Endoscopy products and programs. \nExcellent Leadership, Organization, and Analytical skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. \nDemonstrates professional work ethic and attitude at all times. \nRespects patient confidentiality. \nValid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required. \nUp to 80% of overnight travel required. \nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 80%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
