Opportunities Available

As a Regulatory Affairs (RA) intern at Stryker, you will gain exposure to global regulatory strategy and compliance while working cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, Supplier Quality, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs. You will contribute to projects that ensure our products meet regulatory requirements and reach patients safely and effectively:

  • Perform regulatory intelligence activities to monitorchanges in global regulations and support strategy updates

  • Assistwith preparing regulatory submissions to register products internationally

  • Shadow RA Specialists during new product development meetings to gain insight into the collaborative design and development process

  • Support post-market regulatory reporting projects that help monitordevice performance and identifypotential safety or quality issues

  • Contribute to the development of regulatory assessments and change notification strategies to minimize disruption to product registrations or approvals

Majors Targeted: Scientific or technical disciplines preferred (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields)

What You Need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Software Engineering, or related fields) and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

$20min hourly wage - $35max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
