Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role is responsible for developing executable supply plans, ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting key supply chain KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to analyze data, manage complexity, and influence stakeholders across the organization.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and maintain mid- to short-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.\nCollaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of supply plans.\nMonitor supply chain performance metrics such as inventory turns, service level, and supply plan adherence.\nIdentify and escalate supply risks or constraints, propose mitigation actions, and support decision-making in cross-functional forums.\nEnsure supply plans are accurately reflected in ERP and planning systems; maintain planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock, etc.).\nSupport the S&OP process with data inputs, plan assumptions, and scenario modeling.\nTake financial accountability for inventory related to assigned portfolio (e.g., target setting, aging analysis, write-off risk, and reporting).\nWork closely with finance and supply planning leadership to balance inventory levels and working capital objectives.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes, tools, and data accuracy.\nWhat you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accountancy or related field.\n2-3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain functions.\nSolid understanding of supply planning principles, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP).\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and planning/reporting tools.\nAPICS/CSCP certification or ongoing pursuit is a plus.\nExperience in [industry, if applicable - e.g., manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals] is preferred.\nIreland Pay Ranges:\n Ireland: €47,000 - €77,000 EUR Annual\nAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
