You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with business needs and operational capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain supply, inventory, and capacity plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities, supporting a planning horizon of up to 24 months.\nAnalyze demand signals, inventory levels, production capacity, and supply constraints to create actionable supply plans and production recommendations.\nPartner with manufacturing and operations teams to identify risks, capacity bottlenecks, and supply challenges, and develop mitigation plans.\nMonitor execution of the supply plan, track performance against targets, and address gaps related to inventory, service levels, lead times, and backorders.\nSupport inventory planning activities, including safety stock recommendations and management of inventory health.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply plans are effectively communicated, operationalized, and aligned with customer demand requirements.\nManage product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning activities to ensure continuity of supply.\nUtilize Excel, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and planning tools to analyze data, identify trends, and drive business decisions.\nPrepare supply planning analyses and recommendations for operational and executive review meetings.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning processes, data accuracy, and supply chain performance.\nKPIs for the role will be Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back order and Lead time\nRequired -\nBachelor’s degree\n2+ years of professional experience\nExcel experience\nPreferred -\nBachelors in business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related subject\nProduction, supply or demand planning role experience\nExcellent knowledge & computer skills in IT Planning system - SAP or equivalent\nExcellent knowledge & computer skills in PowerPoint & Word\n$79,800 - $122,200 USD Annual\nTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
