Do\nDevelop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, growth, and market share objectives.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare facilities.\nBuild and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders.\nDeliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and training education to support product adoption.\nManage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to implementation.\nAnalyse territory performance and adjust sales strategies to optimise results.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with responsibility for achieving revenue targets.\nMinimum 2 years of experience developing and executing territory or account plans.\nExperience managing a sales pipeline through a structured sales process.\nValid driver's licence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience selling capital equipment, technology solutions, industrial products, business services, or other complex B2B solutions.\nExperience managing a geographically dispersed territory.\nExperience selling to multiple stakeholders within large or complex organisations.\nExperience using CRM systems for opportunity and pipeline management.\nAdditional Information\nSydney-based field sales role covering Metropolitan Sydney, Southern NSW, and the
