genuine clinical credibility, understanding your customers and knowing when to have the rightcommercial conversation.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with specialist clinicians and key hospital stakeholders.\nProvide in-procedure clinical support and develop detailed knowledge of Neurovascular anatomy, imaging, procedures and Stryker technology.\nManage an established territory, protecting existing business while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.\nIntroduce new products and support customers in adopting new Neurovascular technologies.\nDevelop strategic account and territory plans based on customer needs and commercial opportunities.\nManage product inventory, usage, replenishment and customer ordering.\nPrepare for upcoming procedures and coordinate customer and product requirements.\nCollaborate with the wider Neurovascular team across Australia.\nWhat you’ll need\nRequired\nDemonstrated sales experience with strong commercial and account management capability.\nExperience managing customer accounts and commercial opportunities.\nAbility to work in customer-facing environments and independently manage territory priorities.\nPreferred\nMinimum 4 years of sales experience within medical devices or healthcare.\nExperience in hospital, procedural or other complex clinical environments.\nExperience managing key or strategic customer accounts.\nTertiary qualification in medicine, healthcare, sales, marketing or a related discipline. \nAdditional information\nNSW-based territory with regular travel to customer sites.\nPredominantly hospital-based, with regular procedure support.\nComprehensive onboarding including product training, field-based learning and one-to-one support from an experienced Neurovascular team.\nOpportunities to participate in local, regional and global training and team meetings.\nTravel Percentage:
