Working across hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Sydney and New South Wales, you'll help customers improve patient outcomes through our Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.\nWe're looking for someone with a hunter mindset who enjoys creating opportunities, winning new business, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, from frontline clinicians through to executive decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and driving growth across your territory.\nLearn more about our Sage portfolio: Sage | Stryker\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders, including wound care clinicians, infection prevention teams, nurse educators, nursing leaders, allied health professionals, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.\nDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities that support both improved patient outcomes and business growth.\nBecome a trusted partner to customers by providing product knowledge, clinical support, education, and ongoing guidance.\nIdentify, develop, and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding product adoption across the territory.\nWork closely with customers to support product evaluations, implementations, and successful contract outcomes.\nCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants, and Customer Service, to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience.\nMaintain regular engagement with customers through site visits, educational sessions, presentations, meetings, and industry events.\nBuild strong networks across healthcare organisations and develop meaningful relationships with both clinical and commercial stakeholders.\nMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support business growth.\nWho You Are\nMinimum RequirementsProven success in sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets (3+ years).\nStrong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and grow a territory.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and planning capabilities.\nAbility to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.\nSelf-motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented approach.\nValid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout New South Wales.\nPreferred RequirementsExperience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumables, or other complex B2B sales environments.\nExperience selling into hospitals, healthcare settings, aged care, or other multi-stakeholder environments.\nExperience engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex
