Working across hospitals and healthcare facilities across Brisbane North, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland, you'll help customers improve patient outcomes through our Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.\nWe're looking for someone with a hunter mindset who enjoys creating opportunities, winning new business, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, from frontline clinicians through to key decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and driving growth across your territory.\nLearn more about our Sage portfolio: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/sage.html\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders, including wound care clinicians, infection prevention, nurse educators, nursing leaders, allied health professionals, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers across the healthcare setting.\nDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities that support both improved patient outcomes and business growth.\nBecome a trusted partner to customers by providing product knowledge, clinical support, education, and ongoing guidance.\nIdentify, develop, and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding product adoption across the territory.\nWork closely with customers to support product evaluations, implementations, and successful contract outcomes.\nCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants and Customer Service, to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience.\nMaintain regular engagement with customers through site visits, educational sessions, presentations, meetings, and industry events.\nBuild strong networks across healthcare organisations and develop meaningful relationships with both clinical and commercial stakeholders.\nMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support business growth.\n\nWho You Are\nMinimum Requirements\nProven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)\nStrong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences\nStrategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within QLD and surrounding regions\nPreferred Requirements\nBachelors degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field\nKnowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting\nWhat We Offer\nA high-performing team committed to making a difference\nInnovative products that improve lives\nCareer ownership and development opportunities within a global Fortune 500 company\nCompetitive remuneration and success-based rewards\nPerks like onsite gym, paid parental leave, wellbeing days, and more\nReady to make your move?
