As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will partner with orthopedic surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital staff to provide products and technical support for trauma procedures while managing a designated sales territory.\nThis role combines consultative sales, surgical case coverage, inventory management, and customer education. Success is measured through territory performance, customer support responsiveness, product utilization, inventory accuracy, and achievement of assigned business objectives.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage a designated territory to achieve sales goals, business objectives, and market growth targets.\nProvide on-site support for trauma procedures by ensuring the appropriate products, instruments, and implants are available when needed.\nEducate surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare professionals on product functionality, surgical applications, and new product offerings.\nConduct customer visits and product evaluations to identify opportunities, expand product utilization, and support customer needs.\nMaintain accurate inventory levels, instrument sets, and product availability to support scheduled and emergent surgical cases.\nRespond to customer requests and trauma case needs, including participation in an on-call schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays.\nAnalyze competitive products, market activity, and customer feedback to support territory planning and sales strategy execution.\nEnsure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, company policies, documentation requirements, and customer confidentiality standards.\nWhat You Will Need\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree; OR minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical healthcare role, sales role, or a combination of both.\nAbility to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience presenting products, conducting demonstrations, or providing technical product training.\nExperience managing territory-based customer accounts within a B2B sales model.\nThis role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.\nTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
