You will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying AI models that solve complex business problems, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nModel Development & Deployment\n\nBuild, validate, and optimize machine learning and statistical models suited for real-world data.\n\nWork with time-series, tabular, or other structured/unstructured data depending on project needs.\n\nImplement scalable data pipelines and model deployment strategies.\n\nData Exploration & Analysis\n\nCollect, clean, and transform datasets of varying complexity.\n\nPerform exploratory analysis to uncover trends, patterns, dependencies, and anomalies.\n\nApply appropriate statistical and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights.\n\nAI Research & Innovation\n\nEvaluate and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and modelling approaches.\n\nPrototype new concepts to evaluate feasibility and potential impact.\n\nCollaboration & Leadership\n\nPartner with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to define AI project requirements.\n\nTranslate analytical findings into actionable insights for colleagues with varying technical backgrounds.\n\nStakeholder Communication & Presentation\n\nEngage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.\n\nPresent complex technical findings in clear, concise, and compelling ways tailored to different audiences.\n\nBuild dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights and model performance.\n\nRequirements\n\nExpertise:\n\n3+ years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning;\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and scientific libraries such as: pandas, NumPy;
