from anywhere in Bulgaria.\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Generative AI Specialist to lead the development of innovative AI solutions from initial idea to implementation.\n\nAs part of our innovation team, you’ll lead AI and GenAI initiatives, define project structures and technical direction, work with complex and large-scale data, and collaborate with engineering teams, domain experts, and stakeholders to transform promising concepts into scalable solutions.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nBuild AI and GenAI development projects from concept and PoC through implementation;\n\nDefine project scope, objectives, technical approach, milestones, and success criteria;;\n\nCreate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), development plans, effort estimates, and project roadmaps;\n\nCoordinate development activities, dependencies, risks, priorities, and technical deliverables;\n\nHold technical ownership while remaining hands-on in the development of AI solutions;\n\nBuild and improve solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and prompt engineering;\n\nWork with Big Data, complex data sources, and large-scale datasets;\n\nIntegrate AI solutions with existing applications, APIs, services, and data platforms;\n\nEvaluate technologies and improve or extend existing AI models, tools, and solutions;\n\nDefine evaluation methods and validate technical performance and business value;\n\nWork within the innovation team to identify, evaluate, and develop new AI use cases, prototypes, PoCs, and Proofs of Value;\n\nCollaborate with business, engineering, customers, and other teams while promoting knowledge sharing and AI adoption;\n\nStay current with GenAI and emerging AI technologies and help establish reusable components, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nRequired\n\nProven experience building AI, data, or software development projects;\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and applied AI solutions;\n\nExperience defining project scope and creating WBS structures, technical plans, and roadmaps;\n\nExperience working with Big Data and large-scale datasets;\n\nKnowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, APIs, and AI agents;\n\nExperience integrating AI solutions into existing systems and applications;\n\nAbility to balance technical leadership with hands-on development;\n\nStrong ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;\n\nAbility to work effectively in an experimental and innovation-driven environment;\n\nOpen to occasional business travel when needed.\n\nNice to have\n\nPython skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks;\n\nExperience with GitHub Copilot;\n\nExperience with Azure AI services or other cloud AI platforms;\n\nExperience with agentic or multi-agent AI solutions;\n\nKnowledge of AI evaluation, monitoring, governance, and Responsible AI;\n\nExperience moving AI PoCs
