You will also help clients build software platforms at scale, assisting in every part of the process, from concept to production.\n\nThe candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication, as the successful candidate will need to play a key role in working with the Product Owner, and Key Users to help transform the product’s future development direction.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nWork closely with a proven development team;\n\nWorking in an agile development environment;\n\nEnsuring all deliverables are met as per plans and specifications;\n\nDelivering quality software on time;\n\nMaintenance and enhancement of complex legacy codebase;\n\nProactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented professional.\n\nEssential Skills:\n\n4+ years of professional Java development experience;\n\nSolid understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java, including thread-safe Swing UI development;\n\nHands-on experience with JUnit 5 and Mockito;\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot;\n\nDesign and implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code;\n\nParticipate in design discussions about new features and contribute to decision-making process;\n\nStrong ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;\n\nExperience creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive code documentation.\n\nExperience with some of the following will be considered an advantage:\n\nTesting: Create manual test scenarios using Gherkin syntax;\n\nDesktop UI: FlatLaf;\n\nBuild and CI: Maven and Jenkins;\n\nDatabase: PostgreSQL and Flyway migrations;\n\nArchitecture:
