You will also help clients build software platforms at scale, assisting in every part of the process, from concept to production.\n\nThe candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication, as the successful candidate will need to play a key role in working with the Architect, Product Owner, and Key Users to help transform the product’s future development direction.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nWork closely with a proven development team on major software releases;\n\nWorking in an agile development environment;\n\nEnsuring all deliverables are met as per plans and specifications;\n\nDelivering quality software on time;\n\nFast learner and self-starter.\n\nEssential Skills:\n\n4+ years of experience in web applications development with Java, Java EE, Java Swing;\n\nWrite efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable code for new features and system components;\n\nParticipate in design discussions about new features and contribute to decision-making process;\n\nExcellent communication and team, stakeholder collaboration skills;\n\nExcellent analytical and design capabilities;\n\nExperience with creating and maintaining design, requirements and test documentation;\n\nExperience with some of the following will be
