At the same time, work on simple design projects and on-demand requests.\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nProvide UI/UX solutions based on specific requirements;\n\nEnsure designs are pixel-perfect and corresponding with the design system;\n\nIterate and incorporating customer feedback into the design to enhance user experience;\n\nStructure Figma files and audit design system implementation;\n\nBuild project-specific components based on provided design solutions and the design system;\n\nDesigning, documenting and improving UI components for the design system;\n\nOn-demand help on different design requests across multiple projects;\n\nFollow design, technology, and market trends.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX designer;\n\nGood knowledge of UI principles and laws;\n\nAdvanced to excellent skills in Figma;\n\nKnowledge and experience in working with and building design systems;\n\nStrong attention to detail and strive for consistency.\n\n❕Submitting a portfolio is mandatory for your application to be considered.\n\nSoft skills\n\nCollaborative mindset and empathy for users and teammates;\n\nSelf-directed, organised, and proactive;\n\nStrong team player who can collaborate effectively within different teams and stakeholders;\n\nAdaptable to shifting priorities and meeting short deadlines;\n\nFluency in English.\n\nDesirable Skills\n\nFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS);\n\nKnowledge of responsive design;\n\nKnowledge of accessibility standards;\n\nPrior
