Our team is responsible not only for delivering new features but also for continuously improving platform deployment, monitoring, operations, and support processes. The technology landscape includes Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, containerization, and modern CI/CD automation practices.\n\nThe Position:\n\nAs a Senior DevOps Engineer at ICT Strypes, you will have the opportunity to be creative, actively give ideas throughout the entire SDLC, suggest ways to optimize processes, and make better technical choices.\n\nYou will be responsible for handling ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting failures and ensuring that IT environment issues faced by the team are resolved.\n\nYou will work closely with developers, architects, and other technical teams to investigate issues and continuously improve the reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency of the platform.\n\nRequirements\n\nPersonal Skills:\n\nDesire to learn and become the primary knowledge-holder for the DevOps environment;\n\nProactiveness and flexibility;\n\nExcellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal);\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\n\nAbility to take ownership and independently drive issues and improvements to resolution;\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills;\n\nContinuous improvement mindset and willingness to identify and implement better ways of working.\n\nExperience with:\n\nDevOps engineering for min. 5 years;\n\nSolid hands-on experience with Kubernetes – a must-have!\n\nStrong experience with Terraform\n\nLinux (RHEL) administration;\n\nMicrosoft Azure or other public cloud experience;\n\nNetworking (routing, DNS, NAT, firewalls);\n\nDatabase setup and maintenance;\n\nWeb Technologies (NginX, HAProxy);\n\nAnalysis, delivery and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.\n\nKnowledge of:\n\nBash;\n\nPackaging (RHEL packages, NPM);\n\nAutomation tools (Azure DevOps);\n\nApplication and infrastructure monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting;\n\nHelm;\n\nGitOps;\n\nDesirable Skills:\n\nExperience with removing configuration drift, addressing technical debt and migrating existing resources within Terraform-managed state;\n\nUnderstanding of code versioning tools (Git);\n\nKnowledge of Prometheus/Grafana configurations;\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL or other relational
