You'll own day-to-day benefits and leave administration, guide employees through important life moments, and improve the processes that keep our programs running smoothly. Alongside the People Operations and Total Rewards teams, you'll help implement new programs, support our international expansion, and make benefits easier to understand and use. This is an opportunity to put your benefits expertise into practice while building experience across systems implementations, global benefits, and broader Total Rewards initiatives.\nLocation: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) - New York, NY or Century City, CA\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide benefit consulting and guidance on all benefit inquiries, investigating, analyzing, and resolving a wide range of routine benefits issues. \nOwn all benefit-related communications, including open enrollment materials, benefit guides, and intranet content. \nOwn leave administration end to end, coordinating between employees, third-party vendors, and HRBPs, and handling related tracking and follow-up communications. \nOwn enrollment processing and day-to-day benefit administration, coordinating with brokers and carriers to supply information, maintainbenefits portals, resolve enrollment discrepancies, and address escalated issues. \nCollaborate with Payroll and systems teams to ensure employer contributions, payroll deductions, and related system configuration are processed and maintainedaccurately, helping project manage system changes as needed. \nOwn all benefitsaudits and reconciliation, including benefits/payroll reconciliation, employee status and enrollment audits, monthly billing reconciliation, etc. \nManage the ACA process, including review of system flags and data integrity, and own compliance-related processes. \nManage 401(k) deferral elections, funding, and FSA/HSA/Commuteradministration, and own the annual 401(k) auditand the FSA non-discrimination testing. \nPartner with the team on designing and implementing new benefits programs as we expand into new countries, ensuring offerings are locally compliant and competitive. \nChampion a consistent, high-quality benefits experience for employees everywhere, with clear communications, smooth enrollment, and responsive support regardless of location, and help drive ongoing benefits education and wellness activities. \nPartner with Finance on all benefit analysis and reporting requests. \nWhat You've Done: \n4+ years of experience in benefits administration or an HR role with substantial benefits responsibilities.\nHands-on experience managing leaves of absence end to end, including navigating different leave types, state requirements, vendor relationships, and employee communications.\nExperience resolving benefits enrollment and carrier issues, maintaining accurate records, and managing recurring administrative work.\nExperience supporting benefits audits, such as 401(k) audits or nondiscrimination testing, along with benefits reconciliations and reporting.\nFamiliarity with benefits administration platforms and carrier sites, with the ability to learn new systems and partner effectively on technical issues.\nExperience communicating benefits information clearly and helping employees understand their options and next steps.\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines, handle sensitive information with discretion, and follow issues through to resolution.\nA track record of identifying practical process improvements while staying close to day-to-day execution.\nInternational benefits experience is a plus, but not required.\nWhat We Offer\nAccelerated Growth Environment: Immerse yourself in an environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.\nTop Tier Compensation Package: Enjoy a rewarding compensation package that includes enticing stock incentives, aligning with our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions.\nFlexible Time Off: Embrace a healthy work-life balance with unlimited Flex Time Off, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule and recharge as needed.\n Comprehensive Benefits Package: Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package, featuring 401k, and premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options\nThe anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role.
