The Lead of Global Facilities & Workplace Experience will own how our offices operate, feel, and scale across our global footprint. This role is equal parts operator, builder, and culture carrier, responsible for creating workplaces that are safe, efficient, connected, and built for high-performing teams. From facilities operations and vendor management to space planning, hybrid work, onboarding experience, and day-to-day office environment, this person will help shape what it feels like to work at StubHub and ensure our physical spaces support the speed, collaboration, and standards of the business.\n Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) - New York, NY or Century City, CA. This role will require quarterly travel.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLeadership & Strategy: Lead, coach and manage the performance of the facilities and workplace experience team of office coordinators/administrators and managers across global office locations. \nDevelop a long-term workplace strategy aligned with business growth and hybrid work models. \nCollaborate with leadership to translate culture into the physical workspace. \nTrack and report on key performance indicators related to facilities and team member experience. \n\nFacilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, safety and efficiency of all global company office locations. \nLead global vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality facilities agreements across diverse regions while balancing local requirements and global standards. \nManagevendor relationships for security, cleaning, food services and other workplace operations. \nResponsible for the development and implementation of organization-wide programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations. \nLead space planning, office moves, and renovations. \nDevelop and manage facilities budgets and forecasts. \n\nWorkplace Experience: Partner with People Experience Resources and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members. \nCreate policies and initiatives that foster collaboration and productivity. \nMonitor workplace satisfaction through feedback loops, driving continuous improvement. \n\nWhat You've Done: \n10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. \nStrong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and vendor management. \nDemonstrated ability to design and deliver exceptional workplace experiences. \nExcellent leadership, strong communication, and project management skills. \nExperience managing multi-site operations and budgets. \nStrategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence. \nStrong problem-solving and decision-making ability. \nCustomer-service results orientated with a team member-first mindset. \nAdaptable and innovative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. \nCollaborative leader who builds trust across teams. \nWhat We Offer:\nAccelerated Growth Environment: Immerse yourself in an environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you can scale your career.\nTop Tier Compensation Package: Enjoy a rewarding compensation package that includes premier benefits, aligning with our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions.\nPaid Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off, allowing you to manage your schedule and recharge as needed.\n Comprehensive Benefits Package: Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package featuring 401k and premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options.\nThe anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
