Responsibilities include coordinating equipment preparation and shipment, purchasing books and training materials, supporting training schedules and logistics, coordinating equipment maintenance and repair, and directing warehouse and shipping activities.\nThe Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor works closely with Sales, instructors, and other NTT departments to ensure training events are properly supported and that equipment and materials are prepared, shipped, maintained, and available when required.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupervise and direct the day-to-day work of assigned Maintenance Technician(s), Schedule & Logistics Coordinator, and Warehouse/Shipping Clerk(s).\nEstablish daily work priorities and assign tasks to support scheduled training events and operational needs.\nCoordinate instructor, equipment, material, and logistical requirements with the Schedule & Logistics Coordinator and Sales team.\nCoordinate the preparation, staging, shipment, tracking, and return of training equipment for scheduled events.\nDirect warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, freight handling, equipment staging, storage, and organization.\nCoordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities with Maintenance Technician(s).\nCoordinate the building, repair, and maintenance of shipping crates and other equipment transportation materials.\nPurchase books, course materials, supplies, and other approved training-related items as required for scheduled training.\nCoordinate equipment shipping and freight arrangements, including domestic and international shipments.\nWork with approved shipping, freight, hotel, travel, and other logistics vendors as required to support training operations.\nCoordinate vehicles and other logistical resources required for training events.\nMaintain visibility of upcoming training schedules and anticipated equipment, shipping, material, and staffing requirements.\nIdentify scheduling, equipment, shipping, material, or warehouse conflicts and work with the appropriate NTT personnel to resolve them.\nCommunicate logistical requirements, changes, delays, or problems promptly to affected departments and personnel.\nTroubleshoot routine to moderately complex logistical and equipment issues and escalate matters requiring management decisions.\nDirect warehouse staff in maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.\nSupport appropriate inventory control and availability of training equipment, books, materials, tools, and shipping supplies.\nCoordinate the movement and availability of NTT training machines, hardware, tools, printed materials, digital resources, and related training equipment.\nRecommend practical improvements to scheduling, shipping, warehouse, equipment, and logistics processes to management.\nProvide hands-on operational support when necessary to meet training and shipping deadlines.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThe Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision and work direction to assigned employees. Supervisory responsibilities include:\nAssigning and prioritizing daily work.\nCoordinating schedules and workload.\nProviding job-specific instruction and direction.\nMonitoring completion and quality of assigned work.\nAddressing routine workflow and performance issues as they occur.\nEscalating significant employee performance, disciplinary, staffing, or operational issues to management.\nThis position does not have responsibility for formal annual performance reviews, management-level departmental reporting, recruiting, hiring decisions, compensation decisions, organizational policy development, or regulatory compliance management unless specifically assigned by management.\nEducation/Experience\nAssociate degree in business, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nExperience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping, scheduling, equipment coordination, or a related operational role required.\nPrior experience providing work direction or supervising employees preferred.\nExperience coordinating multiple schedules, shipments, and operational priorities preferred.\nSkills/Abilities\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to supervise and prioritize the work of multiple operational functions.\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to identify operational problems and coordinate practical solutions.\nAbility to work effectively with Sales, instructors, vendors, and other departments.\nWorking knowledge of shipping, receiving, freight, warehouse, and inventory practices.\nMechanical and electrical aptitude is a plus.\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.\nAbility to maintain accurate schedules, purchasing information, shipping information, and operational records.\nBenefits of Employment\nNTT Training provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits program designed to support employee health, well-being, and work/life balance.\nAbout NTT Training\nNTT Training provides practical, skills-based industrial training designed to help clients build safer, more skilled, and more productive workforces.\nThe Creative Administrator plays an important execution role in ensuring that NTT's training content, client solutions, marketing communications, Professional Services deliverables, and business-development materials consistently reflect the quality and professionalism of the organization.
