The ideal candidate should be an innovative and detail-oriented problem solver, committed to a growth mindset, with a strong background in complex or custom technology implementation, ready to utilize this experience to deliver extraordinary technology consulting services and cloud-based solutions that drive customer satisfaction and client retention.\nResponsibilities\nProject Management (approx. 75%)\nDevelop, document, and maintain project management deliverables, including project plans; budget, scope and timeline status reports; and issue and risk tracking and mitigation logs\nDevelop project strategies and plans in collaboration with project and delivery leaders, and identify the methods and tools required for the project\nForecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs throughout the project lifecycle\nMonitor project budgets against plans and work with the client and project team to resolve variances in a timely manner\nManage day-to-day project and team operations to ensure all project deliverables are met and drive toward successful project completion\nIdentify, socialize and implement the most effective processes to maintain strong project management best practice across the team\nAdhere to internal project processes and status reporting procedures\nManage scope creep by coordinating and responding to requests that vary from original specifications\nEnsure quality of project deliverables through extensive planning, execution, quality assurance and quality control techniques\nCoach and mentor teams to follow agile best practices (when appropriate)\nAccount Management (approx. 25%)\nCreate significant value for customers by rapidly delivering quality technology solutions\nComply with applicable industry and client standards and regulations, including privacy and security\nIdentify growth opportunities within a project and across the client organization\nManage client relationships and expectations\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or a related area of study; combination of education and technical experience is also acceptable\n5+ years of project management experience focused on technology consulting or professional services\nProven ability to drive operations and project management through the strategic development and implementation of clearly defined processes and procedures.\nWorking knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platform and products; Salesforce certification highly desired\nKnowledge and experience with digital experience or creative design projects a plus\nExperience working with stakeholders and end users to understand business problems and identify solutions; understanding SDLC methodologies and a discover, design, execute and deploy project structure\nSkilled in leading a project from start to completion and the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages\nProven ability to drive service delivery, from start to finish including analyzing the opportunities, building relationships, developing delivery strategy, and executing against the strategy\nAbility to navigate business initiatives with ease, persuade and negotiate with others as necessary, and establish long-range objectives while specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them\nMetrics-driven thinker with high-level deductive reasoning skills\nSelf-starter who is organized, intuitive, and a collaborative problem solver with the ability to be effective in a complex environment\nStrong interpersonal, communication, mentoring and collaboration skills\nExperience in agile approaches to project management\nHigh professional and personal standards with unquestioned integrity\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to effectively work remotely and in a professional manner from home in a United States-based location\nAbility and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and for occasional travel to client sties and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, IN\nMust be authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or anytime in the future\nRole not open for C2C\nThis organization participates in E-Verify.\nNo third-party recruiters, please.
