Some projects will require concept development and helping clients determine the right approach; others will involve creating and adapting a high volume of assets within established brand systems. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.**\nResponsibilities\nTranslate business objectives and complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications\nPartner directly with clients to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and explain the rationale behind design decisions\nDesign and deliver presentations, reports, marketing and campaign assets, and other branded communications\nWork effectively within established brand systems while identifying opportunities to elevate the work\nMove comfortably between strategic/conceptual assignments and detailed, production-heavy execution\nCollaborate across disciplines while maintaining a high standard of craft, accuracy, and consistency\nUse AI and emerging creative tools thoughtfully to improve the quality and efficiency of the work\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or better in Design, fine arts or a related area of study; combination of education and technical experience is also acceptable\nPortfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and communication skills across brand and marketing applications \nStrong conceptual, typography, layout, composition, and information-design skills\nExperience designing within established brand systems, ideally for large or complex organizations\nAbility to understand the business/communication problem behind a request and recommend an appropriate design solution\nStrong hands-on craft and a genuine desire to personally execute the work\nExperience working directly with clients and presenting design rationale and recommendations\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with strong presentation design capabilities in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and/or Keynote\nExperience in an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced client-services environment preferred\nHigh professional and personal standards with unquestioned integrity\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to effectively work remotely and in a professional manner from home in a United States-based location\nAbility and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and for occasional travel to client sties and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, IN\nMust be authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or anytime in the future\nRole not open for C2C\nThis organization participates in E-Verify.\nNo third-party recruiters, please.
