You enjoy collaborating with others, challenging ideas and bringing creative stories to life through thoughtful graphic design, while confidently managing your own workload and delivering high-quality work within fast-paced project timelines.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCreative Development: Translate creative concepts and brand narratives into compelling graphic design solutions that strengthen the overall spatial experience.\nSpatial Integration: Collaborate closely with 3D Designers to ensure graphics and environments feel cohesive and fully integrated.\nDesign Across Touchpoints: Develop graphics for retail spaces, windows, events, POS, campaigns and large-scale brand activations.\nToolkits & Guidelines: Create scalable graphic systems, design toolkits and guidelines for global brand rollouts.\nPresentations & Art Direction: Contribute to the visual quality and storytelling of creative presentations, with occasional support on internal creative and marketing projects.\nCreative Ownership: Take ownership of assigned workstreams, confidently communicate design decisions and deliver to agreed timelines, budgets and creative standards.\nRequirements\nSkills & Experience\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, ideally across retail and brand experiences across fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands. \nExcellent understanding oftypography, layout, colour, composition and brand identity, with a strong eye for detail.\nExperience applying 2D graphics within 3D environments, with an understanding of spatial design and scale.\nStrong knowledge of print production and artwork preparation, including large-format graphics, vinyl applications and production specifications.\nExperience developing graphic systems, brand guidelines and scalable toolkits across multiple touchpoints.\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).\nStrong communication, presentation and collaboration skills,with the ability to work collaboratively and independently within tight project timelines.\nDesirable but not essential:\nMotion design skills, including After Effects.\nFamiliarity with 3D design software and workflows.\nExperience supporting broader art direction or campaign development.\nBenefits\nLocation:\nWe are open to remote or hybrid candidates to work when needed from our studios in East London, E10 7QX.
