The role will work across multiple business functions to drive accountability, manage stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nThe role will also be responsible for continuous improvement and risk management, including identifying process inefficiencies, removing non-value-added activities, developing and implementing improvement action plans, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and resources. The Manager will play a key role in coordinating strategic initiatives and driving sustainable business transformation across the organisation.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nPlanning & Delivery\nLead the end-to-end delivery of organisational initiatives from initiation through to closure.\nDefine exercise scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain detailed plans, document progress towards meeting objectives and schedules.\nEnsure organisations projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timeline constraints.\nMonitor exercise/task performance and implement corrective actions where required.\nProvide project management for the Continuous Improvement activities.\nProvide technical guidance, training or where required, directly investigate, implement and report on business issues.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with project sponsors, business leaders, and key stakeholders.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of updates.\nGovernance & ReportingEstablish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.\nPrepare regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.\nMaintain documentation, including action logs, risk registers, and decision records.\nEnsure compliance with organisational standards and methodologies.\nRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nDevelop mitigation and contingency plans.\nMonitor risk exposure and escalate significant concerns as required.\nEnsure timely resolution of blockers.\nResource & Financial ManagementCoordinate resources across functions and teams.\nMonitor budgets and expenditure against approved plans.\nTrack resource utilisation and capacity requirements.\nSupport financial forecasting and budget management activities.\nChange ManagementAssess, document, and manage change requests.\nEvaluate impacts on scope, timelines, resources, and budget.\nSupport organisational readiness and adoption of new processes or systems.\nFacilitate smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.\nContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve methodologies and governance.\nSupport the development of CI management capabilities across the organisation.\n ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.\nUnderstanding of lean techniques such as Value Stream Mapping, Process mapping, workflow analysis and PDCA/DMAIC methodologies.\nExperience in leading/project managing individuals & teams and possess bias towards action.\nExperience using statistical analysis tools and methodologies.\nProject Management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, or equivalent) / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable but not essential.\nISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, or QMS exposure desirable but not essential.\n6-9 years of project management experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders across varying levels of seniority.\nDemonstrated experience in project planning, governance, reporting, budget management, and risk management.\nExperience within transformation, operational improvement, technology, or business change programmes is desirable.\nExceptional stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around transformation objectives.\nABOUT USStudy Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
