Junior Data Entry Assistant (part-time)

We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality data and reporting services to our clients.

A large part of your role will involve preparing and maintaining reports for clients. These reports are used by both our clients and internal stakeholders to make decisions, making accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail essential.

In addition to reporting activities, you will support the wider commercial team with data requests, sales support activities, and various administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and update client Engagement Reports and Projection Reports.
• Accurately enter, validate, and maintain data across multiple systems and reports.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies where required.
• Provide data and reporting support to internal teams, including Partnership Success Managers.
• Assist with ad hoc client data requests and reporting projects.
• Support administrative and operational activities related to client reporting.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and clients.
