This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in the initial design phase and contribute to detailed architectural design work for projects in collaboration with various disciplines, clients, and consultants.\n\nSupport the preparation of architectural plans under the supervision of senior architects.\n\nAssist in the analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts, and construction details.\n\nParticipate in site and construction inspections to gather information and assist in preparing interpretive reports.\n\nAid in executing code analysis, material selections, and technical solutions.\n\nContribute to analyzing design and construction systems, design layouts, and construction features by researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned projects.\n\nCoordinate with other disciplines to support project integration and cohesion.\n\nAssist in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing project work under supervision.\n\nPerform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and team objectives.\n\nRequired:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nExperience in Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up is a plus and LEED Accreditation.\n\nExperience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.\n\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.\nCompensation Range:\n$45,675.00 - $51,903.00STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBack-Up Dependent Care\nParental Leave\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
