This position is a fully onsite at our aviation client site in Austin, TX.\nThe ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.\nResponsibilities include:\nCreate and manage detailed 3D BIM models, ensuring they are accurate and up to date throughout the project life cycle.\nCollaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.\nLead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.\nProvide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.\nManage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, and Dynamo scripts.\nEvaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.\nInterface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with agreed-upon BIM protocols.\nPromote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.\nTrain and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.\nRemain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.\nRequirements:\nAssociate degree or higher education.\n10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for engineering design.\nAdvanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.\nExperience with Revit, AutoCAD and ACC platform.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.\nExcellent organizational and coordination abilities.\nDemonstrated passion for mentoring junior staff and leading a team of specialists.\nPreferred but not Required:\nExperience with OpenBuildings Designer Worksuite.\nProfessional Certification in BIM Management.\nKnowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices.\nBIM management experience leading large-scale airport facility improvement projects.\n#LI-AW #ONSITE\nCompensation Range:\n$116,930.89 - $133,635.31STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBack-Up Dependent Care\nParental Leave\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
