This role bridges program operations, data strategy, and systems implementation.\nSitting within STV's Digital Advisory Services,you'llserve as a key liaison between clients, project teams, program leadership, and technical specialists.You'llsupport the management and evolution of program management information systems (PMIS), reporting environments, workflowimprovements andautomations, SharePoint-based systems, and data governance initiatives-all aimed at helping owners plan, deliver,monitor, andoperatelarge-scale programs more effectively.We'relooking for someone who understands owner-side infrastructure delivery, manages competing priorities in fast-moving environments, and can carry digital initiatives from concept throughadoption.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Technology & Client Leadership\nServe as the primarycoordinationlead for data and systems initiatives across active infrastructure programs.\n\nFacilitate workshops, status reviews, and executive briefings related to digitalsolutions, PMIS, and reporting.\n\nMaintain continuity across active initiatives while contributing to longer-term technology roadmap development.\n\nSystems & DataSolutions\nSupport implementation and ongoing management of PMIS platforms, SharePoint solutions, reporting systems, workflowautomationsand improvements.\n\nWork with analysts and technical teams to developand deploydashboards, data models, and governance frameworks aligned to programobjectives.\n\nEstablish data governance practices, reporting standards, and system ownership structures across client programs.\n\nCoordinate with specialists across data, GIS, BIM/VDC,ITS,and analytics to deliver integrated solutions.\n\nChange Management & User Adoption\nLead change management for digital initiatives across operations.\n\nDevelop training materials, SOPs, and support resources for new systems and workflows.\n\nMonitor adoption trends and identify areas needing process refinement or additional support.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nIdentifyopportunities to improve operational efficiency.\n\nSupport evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, automation opportunities, AI-enabled workflows, and process improvements.\n\nCapture lessons learned and best practices to contribute to STV's digital advisory knowledge base.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n6+ years of experience supporting digital solutions in complex program environments.\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, ora relatedfield.\n\nStrong understanding of PMIS platforms, SharePoint Online, reporting environments, workflow management systems, and operational data coordination.\n\nExperience coordinating system implementations, workflow transitions, or operational technology rollouts.\n\nUnderstanding ofdata governance, reporting workflows, dashboard coordination, and cross-system integration.\n\nStrong communicationand facilitation skills-able to lead meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\n\nComfortable managing competing priorities in fast-moving, client-facing environments.\n\nFamiliarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, or digital process improvement is a plus.\n\nWillingness to work on-site within a client program environment and travel as needed.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$139,693.44 - $159,649.65STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off (starting at 16 days)\nPaid Holidays (9 days)\nBack-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year)\nParental Leave (up to 80 hours)\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
