This is an early-career opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow within project controls, with exposure to scheduling, coordination, and document control functions.\nThis is not a pure scheduling role. The position will support scheduling efforts while also taking on document control and project administration responsibilities, requiring strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nScheduling Support\nAssist with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules under the guidance of senior project controls or scheduling staff\nSupport schedule updates, progress tracking, and basic schedule reporting\nAssist with schedule deliverables using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools\nParticipate in internal and external project meetings as needed, providing schedule-related support\nDocument Control & Project Controls Support\nSupport day-to-day document control activities, including logging, tracking, filing, and distributing project documents\nMaintain organized electronic filing systems in accordance with project and company standards\nAssist with tracking correspondence, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules, and other project records\nSupport project controls reporting and administrative tasks as needed\nCommunication & Coordination\nInterface professionally with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other project stakeholders\nPrepare basic written communications, logs, and reports with attention to detail and clarity\nSupport coordination across disciplines to ensure project information is complete and current\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nSome exposure to project scheduling concepts and tools (Primavera P6 familiarity preferred but not required)\nWillingness to perform document control and administrative project support duties\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship or entry-level experience in project controls, scheduling, construction management, or engineering support\nBasic understanding of CPM scheduling concepts\nExperience or interest in document control or project administration in an AEC or construction environment\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.\nCompensation Range:\n$72,053.98 - $82,347.40STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBack-Up Dependent Care\nParental Leave\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
