This role supports the delivery of digital solutions that help clients improve project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Digital Solutions Specialist will assist in implementing digital tools, developing efficient workflows, and supporting project and program teams with technology-enabled solutions.\nThe ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes, organizing and analyzing project information, and supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across project delivery, digital systems implementation, and process improvement within complex infrastructure and construction programs.\nCore Responsibilities\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions that align with client project and governance requirements.\n\nAssist with configuring, testing, and deploying project management and construction management platforms.\n\nCollect, organize, and analyze project data to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for project teams and stakeholders.\n\nSupport contract administration and project controls workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, change tracking, and project closeout activities.\n\nCollaborate with project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.\n\nHelp develop and maintain digital workflows, standards, templates, and best practices.\n\nProvide user support, training, and adoption assistance for digital tools and platforms.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing project delivery and operational performance.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of project and client objectives.\n\nRole Focus\nSupports project teams with the day-to-day use of digital solutions and project information systems.\n\nAssists in developing reports, dashboards, workflows, and processes that improve information management and project visibility.\n\nWorks collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital tools.\n\nContributes to project delivery initiatives through technical problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement.\n\nBuilds knowledge of project governance, program management practices, and digital delivery methodologies.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting digital solutions, project technology, project controls, program management, construction administration, or related disciplines.\n\nFamiliarity with project delivery environments and information management processes.\n\nExperience working with project data, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.\n\nStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with one or more of the following platforms:\nAutodesk Construction Cloud (Build & Cost Management)\n\nOracle Unifier\n\nProcore\n\nKahua\n\nTrimble Unity Construct powered by e-Builder\n\nAdditional preferred experience includes:\nDashboard development and data visualization.\n\nProcess mapping and workflow optimization.\n\nDigital delivery and information management initiatives.\n\nUser training and change management support.\n\nWorking within infrastructure, transportation, facilities, or construction programs.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$114,345.69 - $130,680.78STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off (starting at 16 days)\nPaid Holidays (9 days)\nBack-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year)\nParental Leave (up to 80 hours)\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
