# Project Manager

STV is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Buildings Group in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary building projects from planning and design through construction, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing complex building projects and will be comfortable taking ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, client communication, and overall project delivery. STV’s Buildings work includes transportation facilities, municipal and public works buildings, healthcare facilities, commercial developments, industrial facilities, educational campuses, and public safety/government facilities. Key Responsibilities Manage building projects from initial planning and design through construction and closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate communication among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
