This position will be supporting our aviation client onsite in Raleigh, NC.\nThe Project Manager’s overall objective is to build and maintain a positive client relationship, and to achieve or exceed the estimated profit margin for projects.\nJob Responsibilities:\nOrganizes cross-functional activities, for coordination of project activities for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule and budget)\n\nCapable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for planning, Environmental Impact Statements, design and/or construction projects, and is responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing\n\nParticipates in, or leads project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for successful project selection\n\nPlans the complete project execution and develops the project manual\n\nSchedules and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility\n\nEstablishes contractor-client liaison network to keep interested parties informed of project planning, start date, and work and budget progress\n\nMonitors the project from initiation through delivery including development, execution and updating project manpower\n\nForms a project work team that meets regularly to coordinate responsibility for assignment and execution of tasks according to schedule\n\nSubmits documents to Federal, state, and local authorities for code compliance review and submits documentation for the various permits applications as required\n\nHolds regularly-scheduled project progress meetings to review that the project contract’s terms, conditions, and specifications are being met\n\nEnsures project personnel adhere to federal and state regulatory requirements and company policies and manpower, equipment, materials, and quality procedures are recognized for timely intervention and resolution\n\nMay select, supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or similar designation\n\nMinimum 7 years of construction and/or project management experience\n\nProven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity\n\nAbility to work independently and effectively in field environments\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nWorking knowledge of current technologies and tools used in project delivery\n\nThis position is contingent upon client approval\n\nExperience managing construction in active/operational airport environments\n\n#LI-AW1 #LI-ONSITE\nCompensation Range:\n$124,726.29 - $142,544.33STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBack-Up Dependent Care\nParental Leave\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
