This role will support large-scale data center development, construction, and commissioning programs for hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical facilities clients.\nThe Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules that serve as critical management tools for project teams and clients. The successful candidate will have experience supporting complex construction projects, with a strong preference for professionals who have worked on data center, mission-critical, high-tech, or large capital construction programs.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work alongside project managers, construction managers, project controls professionals, contractors, and client stakeholders to deliver industry-leading data center projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and across the United States.\nKey Responsibilities\nSchedule Development & Management\nDevelop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for data center design, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.\nCreate integrated master schedules that incorporate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and startup milestones.\nUpdate schedules on a regular basis using progress information from project teams, contractors, and field personnel.\nMonitor schedule performance and identify impacts to key project milestones and completion dates.\nMaintain schedule logic, resource loading, constraints, calendars, and coding structures in accordance with project requirements.\nSchedule Analysis & Reporting\nPerform critical path, near-critical path, float, and schedule risk analyses.\nEvaluate schedule changes, delays, and recovery opportunities.\nSupport forensic schedule reviews and delay impact assessments as needed.\nPrepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, narratives, and executive summaries.\nCommunicate schedule trends, risks, and recommendations to project teams and client stakeholders.\nProject Controls Integration\nCollaborate with project managers, cost engineers, construction managers, and field teams to align cost and schedule information.\nSupport forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and project performance measurement activities.\nParticipate in project controls reviews and client meetings.\nAssist in the implementation of project controls standards, procedures, and best practices.\nRisk & Change Management\nSupport identification and tracking of project risks that may affect schedule performance.\nAnalyze schedule impacts associated with changes, design revisions, procurement challenges, and field conditions.\nDevelop mitigation and recovery strategies to maintain project delivery objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.\n5-7 years of scheduling experience supporting construction, engineering, or capital improvement programs.\nStrong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and schedule analysis methodologies.\nProficiency with Primavera P6.\nExperience developing and maintaining complex project schedules with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of:Critical Path Method (CPM)\nSchedule risk analysis\nChange management\nSchedule recovery planning\nConstruction sequencing and phasing\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced project environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience supporting hyperscale data center construction programs.\nFamiliarity with commissioning and startup scheduling activities for mission-critical facilities.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and dashboard tools.\nKnowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles.\nExperience working within PMIS platforms such as Kahua, Unifier, Procore, e-Builder, or similar systems.\nProfessional certifications such as:AACE PSP\nPMI-SP\nCCP\nPMP (preferred)\n\nCompensation Range:\n$102,094.36 - $116,679.27STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBack-Up Dependent Care\nParental Leave\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
