This position will provide overall leadership for complex, multidisciplinary building projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.\nThe Senior Project Manager will serve as a primary client contact while leading architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams. The role requires strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, risk, and overall project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead complex building projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, agencies, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.\nDirect multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other technical disciplines.\nEstablish and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, deliverables, and performance.\nMaintain accountability for project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and contract requirements.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks while resolving design, schedule, coordination, and delivery challenges.\nLead executive-level client meetings, project reviews, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.\nOversee QA/QC processes and ensure project deliverables meet STV and client standards.\nProvide leadership during construction, including oversight of RFIs, submittals, design changes, field coordination, and issue resolution.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional work.\nSupport proposals, interviews, pursuits, and other business development initiatives.\nMentor project managers and technical staff and support the continued development of project leadership capabilities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\n12+ years of progressive experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or building project delivery, including significant project management experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading large and/or complex multidisciplinary building projects.\nExperience in one or more sectors such as transportation, municipal/government, healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.\nStrong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, contracts, staffing, risk, and client relationships.\nDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate multiple technical disciplines and consultants.\nStrong understanding of design and construction processes and project delivery methods.\nExcellent leadership, client-facing, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to successfully manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential strongly preferred.\nPennsylvania professional licensure or ability to obtain reciprocity, where applicable.\nExperience delivering projects for public agencies, transportation authorities, science and technology, Healthcare, SCIF, Industrial, institutions, or other government clients.\nExperience with design-build and other alternative project delivery methods.\nExperience leading large consultant teams and complex stakeholder environments.\nWorking knowledge of Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, or comparable project delivery platforms.\nDemonstrated experience with proposals, presentations, client development, and business development.\nFamiliarity with Philadelphia and Pennsylvania permitting, codes, and regulatory requirements.\nWhy STV\nThis role provides the opportunity to lead significant multidisciplinary building projects while helping strengthen client relationships and develop the next generation of project leaders within STV's Buildings Group.\nCompensation Range:\n$164,279.49 - $187,747.98STV offers the following benefits\nHealth insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable)\nDisability insurance\nLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\n401(k) Plan\nRetirement Counseling\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nBack-Up Dependent Care\nParental Leave\nContinuing Education Program\nProfessional Licensure and Society Memberships\nSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
