# Senior Project Manager

STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Buildings Group in Douglassville, PA. This position will provide overall leadership for complex, multidisciplinary building projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a primary client contact while leading architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams. The role requires strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, risk, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead complex building projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, agencies, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Direct multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other technical disciplines. Establish and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, deliverables, and performance.
