Our market segment coverage extends from financial services, retail, mass transit, education to social services markets in Singapore and South Asia Pacific.\nOur vision is to use Fintech and IoT to create smart and efficient cities that enhances Quality of Life through convenience and healthier living.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nHandle quality issues arising from market feedback by collaborating closely with factories, suppliers, and engineering teams to identify root causes and drive technical or design-related improvements.\nLead the investigation and analysis of product and component quality problems; conduct root cause analysis and propose effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).\nTrack and ensure the timely implementation and proper closure of CAPAs through cross-functional collaboration.\nOversee management of non-conforming parts and coordinate with suppliers to implement corrective quality improvements.\nReview and assess assembly factory process work instructions, inspection protocols, and test plans for compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.\nSupport and conduct on-site audits, and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare quality plans, inspection standards, and documentation to meet client and project-specific quality requirements.\nDefine and develop appropriate test methodologies and inspection criteria based on product design and manufacturing processes.\nCompile and deliver failure analysis (FA) reports to customers, including detailed root cause findings and recommended corrective actions.\nApply quality tools (e.g., QC 7 tools, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, PDCA Cycle) for structured problem-solving and trend analysis.\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive quality records and reports to ensure traceability, compliance, and process stability.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nDegree in Engineering or related field, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics.\nMinimum 5~10 years of experience in Quality or Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies, including 8D, Fishbone, Pareto, 5 Whys, and PDCA.\nHands-on experience in component quality control—electronics, electromechanical parts, plastics, or metals.\nAbility to read technical drawings and define inspection standards.\nProficient in MS Office and basic data analysis;
